NetSuite Pro Support

We have found that very little support is required for NetSuite Pro. It just works great! However, when support is required it is almost always for the following issue:

Problem:
After installing the NetSuite Pro Control Panel, I cannot find it integrated in my browser.

Solution:

  1. Make sure you are using Windows 95 or Newer and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

  2. Under the View menu of Microsoft Internet Explorer choose Toolbars and make sure NetSuite Pro is checked.

  3. Close all open browser windows and reopen.
